ISO-45001
ISO 45001 is One of the ISO standards for occupational safety and health management system, released in March 2018. The objective of ISO 45001 is to reduce occupational injury and disease, including the promotion and protection of physical and mental health. Follows the high-level structure of other ISO standards, such as ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, which makes integration of these standards easier.
ISO-14001
have established management system standards, provide a model to follow when building and operating a management system, learn more about how MSSs work and where they can be applied. ISO’s environmental standards are effective tools for high-quality action, and globally.
ISO-9001
The standard is based on a number of quality management principles including customer focus, motivation and influence of top management, process approach and continuous improvement. These principles are explained in more detail in ISO’s Quality Management Principles. Using ISO 9001 helps ensure that customers receive consistent, high-quality products and services, resulting in many business benefits.
Registration of General Building Contractor
The contractor (Smart Goal) is fully competent in the execution of work and duties, and is very familiar with the relevant legal requirements and the current building control system. It has been registered as a registered contractor and is approved to carry out building works and street works.
Registration of Minor Works Contractor(Company)
Registered to carry out various types and classes of minor works, the Minor Works Control System under the Building (Minor Works) Regulations provides a simplified monitoring mechanism to facilitate the public without prior approval of plans by the Building Authority, Minor works can be carried out through Smart Goal.
Registration of Electrical Contractor
Registration with the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department ensures that such works will only be carried out by qualified electrical contractors employing qualified electrical workers. Works or work related to the installation, calibration, inspection, testing, maintenance, modification or repair of low-voltage or high-voltage fixed electrical installations, including supervision of works and issuance of engineering certificates, and issuance of electrical installation design certificates.
Member of Construction Industry Council

Developer Approved Renovation and Maintenance Contractor
The Building Authority is satisfied that the management structure of Grand Ho is sound (if it is a body corporate), the staff have appropriate experience and qualifications, the applicant has access to plant and resources, and the person appointed to act on its behalf for the purposes of the Buildings Ordinance have the required capabilities.
